N3i are pleased to offer an enhanced service to support NHS App uptake within practices and Primary Care Networks (PCNs).
Our dedicated support will:
- Host drop-in sessions within the practice, community area or PCN.
- Support patients with registration and use of the app.
- Provide staff training around best practice and enable them to deliver future drop-in sessions.
- Raise the digital literacy of patients.
- Improve patient communication via the NHS App.
- Improve care efficiencies.
